How the process works

How the remote Las Vegas order process works.

No local showroom yet — but a clear process that works. Online pricing, a phone call or email with your address and opening size, freight coordination, and a managed install at your Las Vegas address. Stocked doors ship fastest; custom work is built to your opening. Here’s exactly what to expect at each step.

Process steps

What to expect from call to install.

A showroom visit is the fastest way to make a door decision — but it’s not the only way. For stocked doors, online pricing and a phone call can replace a showroom visit entirely. For large custom projects, the process adds a measurement step. Here is how it works for Las Vegas buyers specifically.

Step 1 — Browse and browse again

Start with the online inventory. Prices are posted for stocked doors. Narrow it to a style, finish, and size range that fits the home. Call or email with the door you like, your address, and the opening dimensions you have — even rough measurements help.

Step 2 — Confirm fit before you commit

The studio will confirm door fit, glass spec, finish, hardware, freight to Las Vegas, and a real lead time before anything is ordered. If you’re on the fence between two doors, we can walk through the differences — stocked vs. custom, glass privacy options, and what your HOA allows.

Step 3 — Measurements you take yourself

For a stocked door, you need the rough opening width, height, swing direction (inswing or outswing), and threshold height. The studio will guide you through exactly what to measure on your first call. For custom work, we coordinate a measurement to your Las Vegas address.

Freight & install

From Arizona to your Las Vegas door frame.

The logistics are straightforward. Once your order is confirmed we coordinate freight and installation so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises at delivery or on install day.

  • Freight to a Las Vegas addressStocked and custom iron doors are shipped to your Las Vegas address on a coordinated schedule. Large doors and patio systems go on freight carriers — the studio will walk you through what to expect at delivery, including how to inspect for transit handling before you sign.
  • Install coordination from ArizonaMIDC coordinates install at your Las Vegas address. You don’t manage the contractor — we do. Install scheduling is confirmed before your order ships so the timing aligns.
  • When to drive to Tempe or St. GeorgeFor a stocked door with standard dimensions, a phone call and photos are enough. For an oversized custom pivot, accordion patio system, or a large double-door entry, making the four-and-a-half-hour drive to Tempe — or the two-hour drive to St. George — to walk the showroom is worth it. The showroom can pull the closest equivalent in stock so you’re comparing real glass, real ironwork, and real finish, not a catalog photo.
